سياسة خصوصية ORDANE

§1ما هذه الوثيقة

• PV-1. عادةً ما تكون سياسة الخصوصية وصفاً لما تودّ الشركة أن يُسمح لها بفعله. أما هذه فهي وصف لما يحدث فعلاً. كُتب كل ادعاء أدناه مقابل المصدر الخاص بالموقع نفسه: الصفحات، وسكربت المتصفح، ووظائف الخادم السبع التي تقف خلفها.
• PV-2. معظم هذه الوثيقة يتعلق بما لا تجمعه Ordane. ليس هذا تواضعاً، بل هو أقصر صياغة صادقة، ويمكنك التحقق من أكبر الادعاءات الواردة فيه بنفسك في أقل من دقيقة. §4 يوضح لك كيف.
• PV-3. حيث لم تُختر بعد جهة معالجة أو مزوّد أو منصة، تترك هذه الوثيقة فجوة مرئية بدلاً من جملة مريحة. هذه الفجوات تمنع النشر حتى تُملأ.

§2من المسؤول عن بياناتك

• PV-4. المتحكّم في البيانات هو Ordane Markets Ltd. جهة الاختصاص بالتأسيس ورقم التسجيل والعنوان المسجل غير محددة في هذا الإصدار.
• PV-5. لا يحدد هذا الإصدار ممثلاً معيّناً للقرّاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة. عندما يكون تعيين ممثل مطلوباً، يجب نشر هويته وبيانات الاتصال به هنا.
• PV-6. جهة الاتصال لكل ما في هذه الوثيقة، بما في ذلك كل طلب بموجب §10: [email protected]. عنوان واحد خاضع للمتابعة، ولا نموذج يُملأ.

§3ما نجمعه، ومتى

أربع لحظات. لا يُجمع شيء خارجها.

• PV-7. زيارة أي صفحة تُنتج أيضاً بيانات الطلب المعتادة التي يتلقاها أي خادم ويب: عنوان IP الخاص بك، ونوع متصفحك، والصفحة، والوقت. يتولى مضيفنا ذلك. ولا نُشغّل أي شيء فوقه. انظر §4.
• PV-8. لا نجمع عنواناً بريدياً، ولا تاريخ ميلاد، ولا رقماً ضريبياً، ولا رقم بطاقة، لأننا لا نطلبها أصلاً. افتح صفحة الدفع وعُدّ الحقول: هي أربعة، إضافة إلى رمز اختياري.
• PV-9. We never receive card details. There is no card rail. الدفع is made in cryptocurrency, thirteen ways in total: USDT on ترون, إيثيريوم, شبكة BNB, or سولانا; USDC on إيثيريوم, شبكة BNB, or سولانا; or directly in BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, or DOGE. USDT on ترون (TRC-20) is the recommended default. Whichever one you pick, a card number has nowhere to go.
• PV-10. Two different things، و only one of them records anything. The Trader Area demonstration runs entirely in your own browser: no login, nothing stored on our side، و prices generated rather than taken from a market. Close the tab and nothing of it remains, here or there. A purchased account is separate: it runs on the platform named in شروط الخدمة clause T-29، و that platform records account activity, orders, positions, balances، و the login metadata required to operate and audit a simulated account. Ordane reads that data to apply the published rules in the لائحة القواعد and to answer a dispute about them، و for nothing else.

• PV-11. Necessary storage and optional tracking are separate. Authentication may use a session cookie to keep your account signed in — this is Security storage in PV-22، و it has no switch because the site needs it to operate. Optional tracking is split into five categories, each with its own switch (PV-22); all five run by default. Since 23 September 2026 the site no longer shows a consent card, so there is no in-page control to decline them; a choice recorded before that date is still honored، و PV-13 explains how to opt out now. The دعم Intercom chat is not part of that choice: it is described separately in PV-16b and is not affected by declining any category.
• PV-12. Ordane Pulse is our first-party measurement, gated by the التحليلات storage category. Browser page and journey events are sent to /api/pulse by default, unless you decline that category. The server records limited page, campaign, device and country metadata. It derives a short-lived visit key from request data; this is not a permanent identity. Order and payment records required to operate your purchase are separate from optional browser analytics.
• PV-12a. Google التحليلات 4 is gated by the التحليلات storage category and runs by default. It receives page views and selected journey events, such as offer selection and checkout steps. Declining that category blocks further events from our integration.
• PV-12b. Meta Pixel and Conversions API are gated by two separate categories. Ad storage controls whether the browser pixel loads and measures page views and checkout activity at all; by default it does. Ad user data controls whether our server sends checkout and confirmed-payment events — your email and phone hashed, with an order-based event identifier for deduplication — to Meta's Conversions API; by default it does. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy: Meta سياسة الخصوصية. We do not send a completed-purchase event merely because a payment page opened.
• PV-12c. Microsoft Clarity is gated by the التحليلات storage category and runs by default. It records clicks, scroll depth، و a replay of the visit so Ordane can see where the site fails. It writes the first-party cookies _clck و _clsk on your device. Name, email، و phone fields on checkout are masked and are not sent as readable text. Clarity is not wired to ads. Microsoft Corporation processes this data. Declining that category stops Clarity، و it does not load again on that browser.
• PV-12d. Ad personalization is its own category, separate from whether the Pixel loads at all. Declining it does not stop measurement under Ad storage or Ad user data; it puts the Meta Pixel in Limited Data Use (fbq('dataProcessingOptions', ['LDU'])), which restricts Meta's use of what it receives for ad targeting while still allowing the event to be counted.
• PV-12e. Personalization storage remembers the name, email, country and phone number you type at checkout, locally in your own browser, so a second purchase does not require retyping them. It never reaches our server on its own — checkout still sends what you type when you submit an order, exactly as PV-12b describes. Declining this category stops new values from being remembered and clears what was already stored.
• PV-12f. Cart recovery reminders. If you begin checkout but do not complete payment, we may send you one reminder by email and, if you opted in via the checkbox next to the phone field, one by WhatsApp, to help you finish your order. We use Reportana Tecnologia Ltda. as our messaging processor for these reminders. We retain this contact and order data for 30 days, matching our standard checkout retention window (PV-34). You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to a WhatsApp message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. This is part of Functionality storage (PV-22) and carries no separate tracking-consent switch — it is not analytics or advertising, it is completing the order you started.
• PV-13. Your choice can be checked in the browser. By default, our integration loads Google التحليلات, Clarity and Meta Pixel; sends browser Pulse events; sends Meta Conversions API events with your hashed data; lets Meta use that data for ad personalization; and remembers your checkout details locally. Since 23 September 2026 no consent card is shown, so every category runs from your first visit. A choice recorded before that date is still read and still stops that category for that browser. To opt out now, block or delete this site's cookies in your browser settings, or write to [email protected] and we will action the request. Functionality storage and Security storage are not part of this choice — the site needs them to operate, so they carry no switch (PV-22). Cloudflare hosting and its cookieless Web التحليلات are a separate infrastructure measurement layer, unaffected by any of this. Existing provider data is not erased retroactively when you decline.
• PV-14. ord_consent_v3 stores your choice locally, one entry per category, as granted أو denied; by default no key exists and every category runs. A choice made under the older, single-switch banner (ord_analytics_consent_v2, retired 2026-09-22) is still honored: declining under that banner reads as declining every category here, until you make a new choice on the card. ord_utm_first may keep permitted campaign and click identifiers in session storage for attribution while التحليلات storage runs. Declining that category clears this attribution entry. A purchase may retain its consent and attribution snapshot as part of its server-side record.
• PV-15. Decide once, on the card. On your first visit, a card offers "Allow all" and "Let me choose" with equal weight; choosing opens the five categories, each with its own switch, plus "Allow selected". There is no separate control to reopen it afterward — to change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser, which brings the card back on the next visit. You can still use checkout after declining any category.

Microsoft's privacy statement is published at https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement. If you decline that category, nothing is sent to Microsoft Clarity.
• PV-16b. Intercom, for support. The support widget loads on every visit, independent of your analytics choice in PV-11: it loads whether you accept or decline optional tracking. It sets its own cookies (intercom-id, intercom-session, intercom-device-id) as soon as it loads, so that it can operate. A conversation shares what you type and technical data needed to run the chat with Intercom. See Intercom سياسة الخصوصية.

• PV-18. مزوّد التحقق من الهوية، مرة واحدة، عند سحبك الأول. لم يُختر بعد. انظر §8.
• PV-19. خطوط Ordane مستضافة ذاتيًا. تُقدَّم ملفات الخطوط من ordanemarkets.com, so loading them does not send your IP address or browser type to a font provider. Google التحليلات and Microsoft Clarity are separate and receive data by default, gated by التحليلات storage (PV-22).

• PV-22. The seven categories. Five have a real switch, each controlling exactly one thing: التحليلات storage (Google التحليلات, Microsoft Clarity, Ordane Pulse — PV-12, PV-12a, PV-12c), Ad storage (whether the Meta Pixel loads in your browser at all — PV-12b), Ad user data (whether our server sends your hashed email and phone to Meta's Conversions API — PV-12b), Ad personalization (whether Meta may use what it receives to target advertising, versus Limited Data Use — PV-12d)، و Personalization storage (whether your checkout details are remembered locally for next time — PV-12e). Two have no switch, because the site needs them to operate: Functionality storage (checkout continuity and order recovery) and Security storage (your signed-in session, PV-11). Declining any of the five does not prevent purchasing or accessing an account.

• PV-23. One automatic decision exists، و it is the only one. Ordane decides automatically whether a published rule in the لائحة القواعد was breached. Nothing else about an account is decided by a machine: not who may open one, not who is paid, not who is refused. Those rules are numbered, public، و identical for every account، و a breach names the rule, the price and the instant it happened.

§7تتم المدفوعات على سجلّ عام

لم تذكر أيٌّ من الوثيقتين اللتين صيغت هذه السياسة بالاستناد إليهما هذا الأمر. وهي أكبر حقيقة خصوصية منفردة في دفع ثمن حساب Ordane، لذا خُصّص لها قسم مستقل.

• PV-26. الدفع is made in cryptocurrency, on whichever of the networks named in PV-9 you choose. Every one of those networks is a سجلّ عام. العنوان المُولَّد لطلبك، والمبلغ، والوقت، والمحفظة التي دفعت منها كلها علنية ودائمة ويمكن لأي شخص قراءتها، بـ Ordane أو بدونها.
• PV-27. نخزّن عنوان الاستلام ومعرّف المعاملة إلى جانب طلبك، مما يربط محفظتك باسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني في سجلاتنا. لا يستطيع أحد خارج Ordane إجراء ذلك الربط من السلسلة وحدها. أما من يعرف عنوان محفظتك سلفاً، بأي طريق آخر، فيمكنه رؤية الدفعة.
• PV-28. لا نستطيع حذف أي شيء من سلسلة كتل، ولا يستطيع أي أحد غيرنا ذلك. حقك في المحو يصل إلى ما نحتفظ به. ولا يمكن أن يصل إلى السجلّ. تنص §10 على هذا الحدّ بدلاً من تركك تكتشفه بنفسك.
• PV-29. إن كان ذلك يهمّك، فادفع من محفظة لا تستخدمها لأي غرض آخر. نفضّل أن نخبرك قبل أن تدفع على أن نشرحه بعدها.

§8التحقق من الهوية

• PV-30. يتم التحقق من الهوية مرة واحدة، عند طلب سحبك الأول. ليس عند الشراء. ولا مجدداً عند كل دفعة أرباح. لا توجد حلقات إعادة تحقق، باستثناء واحد محدود: تسمح المادة T-11 من الشروط بتحقق ثانٍ فقط حيثما يقتضيه التزام قانوني، يُذكر لك كتابةً، ويظل ذلك التحقق الثاني مقيداً بالمادة G-2 من لائحة القواعد كأي مراجعة أخرى.
• PV-31. المراجعة مقيدة بـ G-2 في لائحة القواعد، الذي يضع سقفاً للمراجعة الموثّقة وينص بدقة على ما يحدث عند تجاوز السقف. لا تعيد هذه الوثيقة ذكر تلك المهلة: G-2 هو موطنها الوحيد، والرقم المنشور مرتين رقمٌ ينحرف.
• PV-32. لم يُختر المزوّد الذي سيجري التحقق. سيُنشر اسمه، والوثائق التي يطلبها، ومكان حفظها، ومدة حفظها في هذه المادة قبل أن يمكن تقديم أي طلب سحب: لم يُختر في الإصدار 1.0
• PV-33. لا نشتري معلومات عنك. لا وسطاء بيانات، ولا خدمات إثراء، ولا ملفات خلفية تُجمَع دون علمك. ما نعرفه عنك هو ما قدمته لنا وما تركه الدفع على السجلّ.

§9مدة الاحتفاظ به

• PV-34. الحقيقة اعتباراً من هذا الإصدار: لا شيء ينقضي من تلقاء نفسه. يُكتب سجل قائمة الإطلاق وسجل الطلب دون تاريخ انقضاء، ولا توجد عملية تحذفهما اليوم. ندوّن ذلك بدلاً من ادعاء أن البيانات «تُحذف بأمان»، لأن وعداً لا يفي به الكود أسوأ من حقيقة غير مريحة.
• PV-35. سيُنشر جدول احتفاظ — سطر واحد لكل نوع سجل مع عدد حقيقي من الأشهر لكلٍّ منها — في هذه المادة قبل بيع أول حساب. سيُضبط تاريخ الانقضاء على السجل نفسه، بحيث يحدث الحذف سواء تذكّر أحد أم لم يتذكر: لم يُنشر في الإصدار 1.0
• PV-36. حتى ذلك الحين، يحدث الحذف عندما تطلب. انظر §10. نحتفظ فقط بما يقتضي التزام قانوني الاحتفاظ به، طالما اقتضى ذلك، ونخبرك أيّ التزام هو.
• PV-37. قائمة الإطلاق هي عنوان بريد إلكتروني واحد وطابع زمني واحد. رسالة واحدة إلى [email protected] تحذفها، ولا شيء آخر مرتبط بها يُحذف.

§10حقوقك، وكيفية استخدامها

• PV-38. يمكنك أن تطلب منا: تأكيد ما إذا كنا نحتفظ ببيانات عنك؛ أو إعطاءك نسخة منها؛ أو تصحيحها؛ أو حذفها؛ أو تصديرها في ملف قابل للقراءة آلياً؛ أو تقييد استخدامٍ أو الاعتراض عليه؛ أو سحب موافقة منحتها.
• PV-39. اكتب إلى [email protected]. نجيب خلال 15 يوماً. لا «إطار زمني معقول»: خمسة عشر يوماً. إذا كان الطلب معقداً فعلاً ويحتاج وقتاً أطول، نخبرك خلال الأيام الخمسة عشر نفسها، ونوضح السبب، ونعطيك تاريخاً.
• PV-40. لا رسوم، ولا نموذج، ولا حساب مطلوب، ولا التزام بتفسير سبب طلبك.
• PV-41. قد نطلب منك تأكيد عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي يقع تحته السجل. لن نطلب وثيقة هوية لممارسة حق خصوصية، باستثناء واحد: طلب نسخة من وثائق التحقق نفسها، حيث تسليمها إلى الشخص الخطأ هو الضرر بعينه.
• PV-42. حدّان، نذكرهما بوضوح بدلاً من أن تكتشفهما لاحقاً: لا نستطيع محو معاملة على سلسلة الكتل (§7)، ويجب أن نحتفظ بما يقتضي القانون الاحتفاظ به. وحيث نرفض جزءاً من طلب، نوضح أيّ جزء ولماذا، كتابةً.
• PV-43. يمكنك الشكوى إلى سلطة حماية البيانات في بلد إقامتك. في البرازيل هي ANPD. لا شيء في هذه الوثيقة يوجب عليك اللجوء إلينا أولاً، ولا شيء هنا يتنازل عن ذلك الطريق.

§11كيف تُحمى

• PV-44. تُقدَّم كل صفحة عبر HTTPS. لا توجد نسخة غير مشفّرة من أي صفحة على هذا الموقع.
• PV-45. تُحدَّد الأسعار على خادمنا، لا في متصفحك أبداً. تعديل الصفحة لا يمكن أن يغيّر ما يُفرض عليك، ولا يُوثَق بأي سعر آتٍ من جهة العميل.
• PV-46. تُحفظ المفاتيح والأسرار في بيئة المضيف، لا في الكود أبداً ولا في أي صفحة. لا يُرسَل أي مفتاح إلى متصفحك أبداً.
• PV-47. يحمل نموذج قائمة الإطلاق حقلاً مخفياً لا يراه أي إنسان. الطلبات الآلية التي تملؤه تُطرَح ولا تُخزَّن في أي مكان.
• PV-48. ما لا يقوله هذا القسم: أن الاختراق مستحيل، وأننا معذورون منه سلفاً. إذا مسّ اختراقٌ بياناتك، فسنُخطرك ونُخطر السلطة كما يقتضي القانون، بما حدث وبما فعلناه حياله.

§12أين توجد البيانات، والروابط الخارجية

• PV-49. يشغّل مضيفنا شبكة عالمية ويقدّم الموقع من الموقع الأقرب إليك، مما يعني أن البيانات قد تُعالَج خارج البلد الذي تعيش فيه. الأساس القانوني لهذه التحويلات غير محدد في الإصدار 1.0.
• PV-50. طلبات الخطوط المستضافة ذاتيًا الموضحة في PV-19 تبقى على ordanemarkets.com. قد تظل شبكة المضيف العالمية تقدّم تلك الملفات من بنية تحتية خارج بلدك، كما هو موضح في PV-49.
• PV-51. يرتبط هذا الموقع بجهات خارجية، بما في ذلك جهات تنظيمية ومصادر إخبارية مذكورة في صفحة لماذا توجد Ordane . لتلك المواقع سياساتها الخاصة ولا نتحكم فيها.
• PV-52. لا تجمع Ordane بيانات من الأطفال عن علم. الحد الأدنى لسن امتلاك حساب محدد في شروط الخدمة.

§13التغييرات، والإصدار الذي يسري عليك

• PV-53. أي تغيير يُنتج رقم إصدار جديداً وسطراً مؤرخاً في سجل التغييرات أدناه. لا شيء يتغير بصمت.
• PV-54. صيغة «استمرارك في الاستخدام قبولٌ» غير مستخدمة هنا. أي تغيير يوسّع جوهرياً ما نفعله ببياناتك يُرسَل إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في حسابك قبل أن يسري.
• PV-55. تظل الإصدارات المُلغاة منشورة، لتقرأ ما تغيّر بدلاً من أن تأخذ بكلامنا.
• PV-56. هذه الوثيقة، مثل شروط الخدمة و سياسة الاسترداد، متوفرة بالإنجليزية فقط، ولا تترجم Ordane أيّاً من هذه الوثائق الثلاث آلياً ثم تعرض الناتج على أنه ملزم. لائحة القواعد مختلف، والمادة T-6 من الشروط تنص على ذلك صراحةً بدلاً من تركك تكتشفه بنفسك: فهو منشور بـ 18 ترجمة بمساعدة آلية تيسيراً للقراءة، والنص الإنجليزي هو الحاكم عند اختلاف أحدها، وتحمل T-6 التزامات Ordane المؤرخة بشأن حمل تلك الصفحة إشعاراً مرئياً وبشأن ترجمة بشرية مُراجَعة. اقرأ T-6 قبل الاعتماد على صفحة لائحة القواعد ليست بالإنجليزية.
• PV-57. إذا نُقل عمل Ordane يوماً إلى شركة أخرى بموجب المادة T-49 من الشروط، فإن بياناتك الشخصية تنتقل معه، ويظل المستحوذ ملزماً بسياسة الخصوصية هذه للبيانات التي جُمعت بالفعل بموجبها. نقل العمل ليس جمعاً جديداً، وليس غرضاً جديداً، ولا يوسّع بذاته ما يُفعل ببياناتك.
