§1이 문서의 성격

• PV-1. 개인정보 처리방침은 보통 회사가 하도록 허용되기를 바라는 것에 대한 설명입니다. 이 문서는 실제로 일어나는 일에 대한 설명입니다. 아래의 모든 주장은 사이트 자체의 소스, 즉 페이지, 브라우저 스크립트, 그리고 그 뒤의 일곱 개 서버 함수에 대조하여 작성되었습니다.
• PV-2. 이 문서의 대부분은 Ordane이 수집 하지 않는 것에 관한 것입니다. 이는 겸손이 아닙니다. 가장 짧고 정직한 설명이며, 그중 가장 큰 주장들은 고객이 1분 안에 직접 검증할 수 있습니다. 그 방법은 §4에 나와 있습니다.

§2고객의 데이터에 대한 책임 주체

• PV-4. 개인정보 컨트롤러는 Ordane Markets Ltd. 설립 관할, 등록번호 및 등록 주소는이 버전에 명시되어 있지 않습니다.
• PV-5. 이 버전에는 유럽연합 또는 영국의 독자를 위해 지정된 대리인이 명시되어 있지 않습니다. 대리인이 필요한 경우 그 신원과 연락처를 여기에 공개해야 합니다.

§3수집하는 것과 수집 시점

네 가지 시점이 있습니다. 그 밖에는 아무것도 수집되지 않습니다.

• PV-7. 페이지 방문은 모든 웹 서버가 받는 통상적인 요청 데이터도 발생시킵니다: 고객의 IP 주소, 브라우저 유형, 페이지 및 시각. 당사의 호스팅 사업자가 이를 처리합니다. 당사는 그 위에 어떤 것도 실행하지 않습니다. §4 참조.

• PV-9. We never receive card details. There is no card rail. 결제 is made in cryptocurrency, thirteen ways in total: USDT on TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Solana; USDC on Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Solana; or directly in BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, or DOGE. USDT on TRON (TRC-20) is the recommended default. Whichever one you pick, a card number has nowhere to go.
• PV-10. Two different things, 그리고 only one of them records anything. The Trader Area demonstration runs entirely in your own browser: no login, nothing stored on our side, 그리고 prices generated rather than taken from a market. Close the tab and nothing of it remains, here or there. A purchased account is separate: it runs on the platform named in 이용 약관 clause T-29, 그리고 that platform records account activity, orders, positions, balances, 그리고 the login metadata required to operate and audit a simulated account. Ordane reads that data to apply the published rules in the 규정집 and to answer a dispute about them, 그리고 for nothing else.

§4쿠키, 애널리틱스 및 로컬 스토리지

• PV-11. Necessary storage and optional tracking are separate. Authentication may use a session cookie to keep your account signed in — this is Security storage in PV-22, 그리고 it has no switch because the site needs it to operate. Optional tracking is split into five categories, each with its own switch (PV-22); all five run by default. Since 23 September 2026 the site no longer shows a consent card, so there is no in-page control to decline them; a choice recorded before that date is still honored, 그리고 PV-13 explains how to opt out now. The Intercom 지원 chat is not part of that choice: it is described separately in PV-16b and is not affected by declining any category.
• PV-12. Ordane Pulse is our first-party measurement, gated by the 애널리틱스 storage category. Browser page and journey events are sent to /api/pulse by default, unless you decline that category. The server records limited page, campaign, device and country metadata. It derives a short-lived visit key from request data; this is not a permanent identity. Order and payment records required to operate your purchase are separate from optional browser analytics.
• PV-12a. Google 애널리틱스 4 is gated by the 애널리틱스 storage category and runs by default. It receives page views and selected journey events, such as offer selection and checkout steps. Declining that category blocks further events from our integration.
• PV-12b. Meta Pixel and Conversions API are gated by two separate categories. Ad storage controls whether the browser pixel loads and measures page views and checkout activity at all; by default it does. Ad user data controls whether our server sends checkout and confirmed-payment events — your email and phone hashed, with an order-based event identifier for deduplication — to Meta's Conversions API; by default it does. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy: Meta 개인정보 처리방침. We do not send a completed-purchase event merely because a payment page opened.
• PV-12c. Microsoft Clarity is gated by the 애널리틱스 storage category and runs by default. It records clicks, scroll depth, 그리고 a replay of the visit so Ordane can see where the site fails. It writes the first-party cookies _clck 및 _clsk on your device. Name, email, 그리고 phone fields on checkout are masked and are not sent as readable text. Clarity is not wired to ads. Microsoft Corporation processes this data. Declining that category stops Clarity, 그리고 it does not load again on that browser.
• PV-12d. Ad personalization is its own category, separate from whether the Pixel loads at all. Declining it does not stop measurement under Ad storage or Ad user data; it puts the Meta Pixel in Limited Data Use (fbq('dataProcessingOptions', ['LDU'])), which restricts Meta's use of what it receives for ad targeting while still allowing the event to be counted.
• PV-12e. Personalization storage remembers the name, email, country and phone number you type at checkout, locally in your own browser, so a second purchase does not require retyping them. It never reaches our server on its own — checkout still sends what you type when you submit an order, exactly as PV-12b describes. Declining this category stops new values from being remembered and clears what was already stored.
• PV-12f. Cart recovery reminders. If you begin checkout but do not complete payment, we may send you one reminder by email and, if you opted in via the checkbox next to the phone field, one by WhatsApp, to help you finish your order. We use Reportana Tecnologia Ltda. as our messaging processor for these reminders. We retain this contact and order data for 30 days, matching our standard checkout retention window (PV-34). You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to a WhatsApp message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. This is part of Functionality storage (PV-22) and carries no separate tracking-consent switch — it is not analytics or advertising, it is completing the order you started.
• PV-13. Your choice can be checked in the browser. By default, our integration loads Google 애널리틱스, Clarity and Meta Pixel; sends browser Pulse events; sends Meta Conversions API events with your hashed data; lets Meta use that data for ad personalization; and remembers your checkout details locally. Since 23 September 2026 no consent card is shown, so every category runs from your first visit. A choice recorded before that date is still read and still stops that category for that browser. To opt out now, block or delete this site's cookies in your browser settings, or write to [email protected] and we will action the request. Functionality storage and Security storage are not part of this choice — the site needs them to operate, so they carry no switch (PV-22). Cloudflare hosting and its cookieless Web 애널리틱스 are a separate infrastructure measurement layer, unaffected by any of this. Existing provider data is not erased retroactively when you decline.
• PV-14. ord_consent_v3 stores your choice locally, one entry per category, as granted 또는 denied; by default no key exists and every category runs. A choice made under the older, single-switch banner (ord_analytics_consent_v2, retired 2026-09-22) is still honored: declining under that banner reads as declining every category here, until you make a new choice on the card. ord_utm_first may keep permitted campaign and click identifiers in session storage for attribution while 애널리틱스 storage runs. Declining that category clears this attribution entry. A purchase may retain its consent and attribution snapshot as part of its server-side record.
• PV-15. Decide once, on the card. On your first visit, a card offers "Allow all" and "Let me choose" with equal weight; choosing opens the five categories, each with its own switch, plus "Allow selected". There is no separate control to reopen it afterward — to change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser, which brings the card back on the next visit. You can still use checkout after declining any category.

Microsoft's privacy statement is published at https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement. If you decline that category, nothing is sent to Microsoft Clarity.
• PV-16b. Intercom, for support. The support widget loads on every visit, independent of your analytics choice in PV-11: it loads whether you accept or decline optional tracking. It sets its own cookies (intercom-id, intercom-session, intercom-device-id) as soon as it loads, so that it can operate. A conversation shares what you type and technical data needed to run the chat with Intercom. See Intercom 개인정보 처리방침.
• PV-17. 결제 중개사: 이 중 어떤 데이터도 받지 않습니다. 결제는 Ordane을 대신하여 Ordane의 결제 중개사인 Gateway(브라질 상파울루주 프랑카, CNPJ 58.516.344/0001-38)가 Gateway가 소유하고 관리하는 암호화폐 지갑으로 수령합니다. 다른 결제 대행사는 관여하지 않습니다. • PV-18. 본인 확인 제공업체, 첫 출금 시 한 번만. 아직 선정되지 않았습니다. §8 참조.
• PV-19. Ordane 서체는 자체 호스팅됩니다. 글꼴 파일은 다음에서 제공됩니다: ordanemarkets.com, so loading them does not send your IP address or browser type to a font provider. Google 애널리틱스 and Microsoft Clarity are separate and receive data by default, gated by 애널리틱스 storage (PV-22).
• PV-20. 법적 기관. 법률, 규제기관 또는 법원 명령이 요구하는 경우(자금세탁방지 의무 포함)에 한합니다. 고객에게 알리는 것이 허용되는 경우에는 알려 드립니다.
• PV-21. 기업 집단이 없습니다. Ordane에는 모회사도, 계열사도, 자매회사도 없으므로 그러한 회사와 공유되는 데이터는 없습니다.
• PV-22. The seven categories. Five have a real switch, each controlling exactly one thing: 애널리틱스 storage (Google 애널리틱스, Microsoft Clarity, Ordane Pulse — PV-12, PV-12a, PV-12c), Ad storage (whether the Meta Pixel loads in your browser at all — PV-12b), Ad user data (whether our server sends your hashed email and phone to Meta's Conversions API — PV-12b), Ad personalization (whether Meta may use what it receives to target advertising, versus Limited Data Use — PV-12d), 그리고 Personalization storage (whether your checkout details are remembered locally for next time — PV-12e). Two have no switch, because the site needs them to operate: Functionality storage (checkout continuity and order recovery) and Security storage (your signed-in session, PV-11). Declining any of the five does not prevent purchasing or accessing an account.

§6자동화된 결정

• PV-23. One automatic decision exists, 그리고 it is the only one. Ordane decides automatically whether a published rule in the 규정집 was breached. Nothing else about an account is decided by a machine: not who may open one, not who is paid, not who is refused. Those rules are numbered, public, 그리고 identical for every account, 그리고 a breach names the rule, the price and the instant it happened.
• PV-24. 거부는 G-0에 따라 해당 규칙을 섹션 번호로 정확히 인용하여 서면으로 이루어져야 합니다. 고객이 읽을 수 없는 결정은 Ordane이 내릴 수 있는 결정이 아닙니다.

§7결제는 공개 원장에서 이루어집니다

이 정책이 기초로 삼은 두 문서는이 점을 언급하지 않습니다. 이는 Ordane 계정 비용을 지불하는 것에 관한 가장 큰 개인정보 사실이므로 별도의 섹션을 할애합니다.

• PV-26. 결제 is made in cryptocurrency, on whichever of the networks named in PV-9 you choose. Every one of those networks is a 공개 원장입니다. 고객의 주문을 위해 생성된 주소, 금액, 시각 및 고객이 결제한 지갑은 공개되고 영구적이며, Ordane이 있든 없든 누구나 열람할 수 있습니다.

• PV-29. 이 점이 고객에게 중요하다면, 다른 용도로 사용하지 않는 지갑에서 결제하십시오. 당사는 나중에 설명하기보다 결제 전에 알려 드리는 편을 택합니다.

§8본인 확인

• PV-30. 본인 확인은 첫 출금 요청 시 한 번만 이루어집니다. 구매 시에는 하지 않습니다. 매 수익 지급 시 다시 하지도 않습니다. 재확인 반복은 없으며, 한 가지 제한된 예외만 있습니다: 약관 조항 T-11은 법적 의무가 요구하는 경우에만, 그리고 고객에게 서면으로 명시하는 경우에만 두 번째 확인을 허용하며, 그 두 번째 확인도 다른 모든 검토와 마찬가지로 규정집 조항 G-2의 상한 적용을 받습니다.
• PV-31. 검토는 규정집의 G-2에 의해 제한되며, G-2는 문서화된 검토에 상한을 두고 그 상한이 지나면 어떤 일이 일어나는지를 정확히 명시합니다. 이 문서는 그 기한을 다시 기술하지 않습니다: G-2가 그 유일한 근거이며, 두 번 공개된 숫자는 어긋나기 마련입니다.
• PV-32. 확인을 수행할 제공업체는 선정되지 않았습니다. 그 명칭, 요구하는 서류, 보관 위치 및 보관 기간은 첫 출금 요청이 가능해지기 전에이 조항에 공개됩니다: 버전 1.0 기준 미선정
• PV-33. 당사는 고객에 관한 정보를 구매하지 않습니다. 데이터 브로커도, 정보 보강 서비스도, 고객 모르게 조합된 배경 프로필도 없습니다. 당사가 고객에 관해 아는 것은 고객이 당사에 제공한 것과 결제가 원장에 남긴 것뿐입니다.

§9보관 기간

• PV-34. 이 버전 기준의 사실: 저절로 만료되는 것은 없습니다. 출시 알림 목록 기록과 주문 기록은 만료 없이 기록되며, 오늘 기준으로 이를 삭제하는 프로세스는 없습니다. 당사는 코드가 지키지 못하는 약속이 불편한 사실보다 나쁘기 때문에, 데이터가 “안전하게 삭제된다”고 주장하는 대신 이를 있는 그대로 기록합니다.
• PV-35. 보관 일정, 즉 기록 유형별 한 줄과 각 유형에 대한 실제 개월 수는 첫 계정이 판매되기 전에이 조항에 공개됩니다. 만료는 기록 자체에 설정되므로, 누가 기억하든 하지 않든 삭제가 이루어집니다: 버전 1.0 기준 미공개
• PV-36. 그때까지 삭제는 고객이 요청하면 이루어집니다. §10 참조. 당사는 법적 의무가 보관을 요구하는 것만을, 그 의무가 요구하는 기간 동안 보관하며, 어떤 의무인지를 고객에게 알려 드립니다.
• PV-37. 출시 알림 목록은 이메일 주소 하나와 타임스탬프 하나입니다. 다음 주소로 메시지 하나를 보내 주십시오: [email protected] . 그러면 삭제되며, 이 목록에 붙어 삭제될 다른 것은 없습니다.

§10고객의 권리와 행사 방법

• PV-38. 고객은 당사에 다음을 요청할 수 있습니다: 고객에 관한 데이터를 보유하고 있는지 확인, 사본 제공, 정정, 삭제, 기계 판독 가능한 파일로보내기, 특정 이용의 제한 또는 이의 제기, 또는 고객이 준 동의의 철회.
• PV-39. 문의처: [email protected]. 15일 이내에 답변합니다. “합리적인 기간 내”가 아니라 15일입니다. 요청이 진정으로 복잡하여 더 오래 걸리는 경우, 당사는 같은 15일 이내에 그 사실을 알리고, 사유를 설명하며, 날짜를 제시합니다.
• PV-40. 수수료도, 양식도, 계정도 필요 없으며, 요청 이유를 설명할 의무도 없습니다.
• PV-41. 당사는 기록이 귀속된 이메일 주소를 확인해 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다. 단 한 가지 예외, 즉 확인 서류 자체의 사본을 요청하는 경우(잘못된 사람에게 건네는 것 자체가 피해인 경우)를 제외하고, 당사는 개인정보 권리 행사를 위해 신분 서류를 요구하지 않습니다.
• PV-42. 나중에 알게 되는 대신 미리 명시하는 두 가지 한계: 당사는 블록체인 거래를 삭제할 수 없으며(§7), 법률이 보관을 요구하는 것은 보관해야 합니다. 요청의 일부를 거절하는 경우, 어떤 부분인지와 그 이유를 서면으로 알려 드립니다.
• PV-43. 고객은 거주지의 데이터 보호 기관에 불만을 제기할 수 있습니다. 브라질에서는 ANPD가 해당 기관입니다. 이 문서의 어떤 내용도 고객에게 먼저 당사에 오도록 요구하지 않으며, 그 경로를 포기시키지도 않습니다.

§11보호 방법

• PV-44. 모든 페이지는 HTTPS를 통해 제공됩니다. 이 사이트에는 암호화되지 않은 버전의 페이지가 없습니다.
• PV-45. 가격은 당사 서버에서 결정되며 고객의 브라우저에서 결정되지 않습니다. 페이지를 편집한다고 청구 금액이 바뀌지 않으며, 클라이언트에서 온 가격은 신뢰되지 않습니다.
• PV-46. 키와 비밀값은 호스팅 환경에 존재하며, 코드나 페이지에 존재하지 않습니다. 어떤 키도 고객의 브라우저로 전송되지 않습니다.
• PV-47. 출시 알림 목록 양식에는 사람이 볼 수 없는 숨겨진 필드가 있습니다. 이를 채우는 자동 제출은 폐기되며 어디에도 저장되지 않습니다.
• PV-48. 이 섹션이 말 하지 않는 것: 침해가 불가능하다는 주장, 그리고 침해에 대해 당사가 사전에 면책된다는 주장입니다. 침해가 고객의 데이터에 영향을 미치는 경우, 당사는 법률이 요구하는 대로 무슨 일이 있었는지와 당사가 어떻게 조치했는지를 고객과 해당 기관에 알릴 것입니다.

§12데이터의 위치와 외부 링크

• PV-49. 당사의 호스팅 사업자는 글로벌 네트워크를 운영하며 고객에게 가장 가까운 위치에서 사이트를 제공하므로, 데이터는 고객이 거주하는 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이러한 이전의 법적 근거는 버전 1.0에 명시되어 있지 않습니다.
• PV-50. PV-19에 설명된 자체 호스팅 글꼴 요청은 다음에 유지됩니다: ordanemarkets.com. 호스트의 글로벌 네트워크는 PV-49에 설명된 대로 해당 파일을 귀하의 국가 밖 인프라에서 제공할 수 있습니다.
• PV-51. 이 사이트는 제3자로의 외부 링크를 포함하며, 여기에는 Ordane이 존재하는 이유 페이지에 인용된 규제기관과 뉴스 출처가 포함됩니다. 해당 사이트들은 자체 정책을 가지고 있으며 당사는 이를 통제하지 않습니다.
• PV-52. Ordane은 아동의 데이터를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 계정을 보유할 수 있는 최소 연령은 다음 문서에 정해져 있습니다: 이용 약관.

§13변경, 및 고객에게 적용되는 버전

• PV-53. 변경이 있으면 새 버전 번호가 생성되고 아래 변경 이력에 날짜가 기재된 줄이 추가됩니다. 조용히 바뀌는 것은 없습니다.
• PV-54. “계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 간주합니다” 방식은 여기서 사용되지 않습니다. 고객의 데이터로 당사가 하는 일을 실질적으로 넓히는 변경은 시행되기 전에 고객 계정의 이메일 주소로 발송됩니다.
• PV-55. 대체된 버전도 계속 공개되므로, 고객은 당사의 말을 그대로 믿는 대신 무엇이 바뀌었는지 직접 읽을 수 있습니다.
• PV-56. 이 문서는 이용 약관 및 환불 정책과 마찬가지로 영어로만 존재하며, Ordane은이 세 문서 중 어느 것도 기계 번역하여 그 결과를 구속력 있는 것으로 제시하지 않습니다. 규정집 은 다릅니다. 약관 조항 T-6은 고객이 직접 알아내게 내버려 두는 대신 이를 명시합니다: 규정집은 읽기 편의를 위한 18개 언어의 기계 지원 번역으로 공개되며, 번역본과 영어 원문이 다른 경우 영어 원문이 우선합니다. 또한 T-6에는 해당 페이지에 눈에 보이는 고지를 표시한다는 것과 사람 번역가가 검토한 번역본에 관한 Ordane의 날짜가 기재된 약속이 담겨 있습니다. 영어가 아닌 규정집 페이지에 의존하기 전에 T-6을 읽어 보십시오.
• PV-57. 약관 조항 T-49에 따라 Ordane의 사업이 다른 회사에 양도되는 경우, 고객의 개인 데이터도 함께 이전되며, 인수자는이 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 이미 수집된 데이터에 대해이 정책의 구속을 받습니다. 사업의 양도는 새로운 수집이 아니고 새로운 목적도 아니며, 그 자체로 고객의 데이터로 하는 일을 확장하지 않습니다.
