Acceptable Use Policy
Scope
This policy covers the Ordane website, checkout, APIs, CRM, Intercom support and account-access systems. Trading conduct is governed only by the closed list in Rulebook v1.0; this policy does not add a hidden trading rule.
Prohibited use
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or sanctions-evading activity.
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, account impersonation or identity misuse.
- Malware, scraping that overloads the service, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation or attempts to bypass rate limits and payment controls.
- Harassment, threats, spam or abusive use of customer-support channels.
- Access from North Korea, Russia, Iran, Myanmar or a jurisdiction prohibited by applicable UN/EU sanctions.
Enforcement
Ordane may restrict access needed to investigate or stop a material security, fraud, sanctions or legal risk. Trading accounts are not closed for conduct outside the grounds published in the Terms and Rulebook. Where practicable, the customer receives the reason through their verified contact channel.
