Frequently asked questions

What is Ordane Markets?
Ordane Markets offers simulated-capital trading accounts with direct access and no evaluation phase. Instant Supreme is the product for new purchases; the account fee buys access to the simulated environment and the services in the Rulebook. Sources: About Ordane Markets · Terms
Does Ordane require an evaluation challenge?
No. Instant Supreme has no evaluation phase. Account access follows payment confirmation and the applicable eligibility requirements; the trading rules and payout conditions still apply. Sources: Accounts · Terms
Does Ordane provide real trading capital?
No. Ordane accounts and trading activity use simulated capital, and no deposits are accepted for investment. Eligible, approved payouts are company payments under the published rules, not access to live trading capital. Sources: Terms
How are simulated trading accounts different from funded accounts?
A simulated account uses virtual capital; the label “funded account” alone does not establish whether an account is simulated or live. Check the provider’s terms. Ordane provides simulated accounts, with performance-based payouts subject to its rules. Sources: Terms · FTMO
What fees and trading rules apply?
Instant Supreme has a one-time account fee, with current list prices on the Accounts page. Rulebook v1.5 sets the static loss floor, daily loss limit, consistency, inactivity and prohibited-practice rules; a valid checkout promotion changes the fee, not those rules. Sources: Accounts · Rulebook
How do payout requests work?
Withdrawal requests are assessed under the Rulebook’s eligibility, timing, share and early-withdrawal limits. A request is approved or denied in writing under G-0; an approved payout follows the G-1 deadline, with the defined review and force-majeure provisions in G-2. Sources: Rulebook · Rulebook
Which markets can I trade with Ordane?
Explore forex, metals, ETFs, crypto and US shares in the Ordane Trading Terminal. Search the instrument catalog for familiar symbols such as EURUSD, XAUUSD, BTCUSD and AAPL, or browse by asset class. All accounts and trading activity are simulated.
What happens if I break a rule?
The account closes. That is the whole consequence: no partial confiscations, no surprise fees, no renegotiation. Profits already withdrawn are yours. The one exception is R-4 consistency, which never closes an account: excess profit defers to the next cycle instead.
How does the 24-hour guarantee work?
A payout approved and not paid within 24 hours (clock hours, not business hours) triggers automatic compensation: 100% refund of the account fee, plus the payout owed in full.
Is drawdown static or trailing?
Instant Supreme is static: under clause R-1, account equity may never fall below 88% of the initial balance. The floor is fixed on day one and never trails upward.
Can rules change on my open account?
Not against you. The Rulebook is public, numbered, and versioned. No change is ever applied against an open account; a change that only widens a limit in your favour can apply to it, with a date and a changelog entry. Every other change produces a new version, and the version you buy under governs your account.
