A payout approved and not paid within 48 hours (clock hours, not business hours) triggers automatic compensation: 100% refund of the account fee, plus the payout owed in full.

Published means a public document exists. Verified is reserved for independently or on-chain checked evidence with a date. Operational requires actual monitoring. Not yet published names a material fact that is not available.
