Second-account offer terms

This supplement applies only to a new additional account bought through the eligible second-account offer. It supplements Terms v1.6 and the Rulebook v1.5. Your original purchase and its accepted terms remain unchanged.

1. A separate account under the same identity

You may buy one additional account of the same current product model and size as the eligible paid original order, under your existing customer identity. For this offer, you may hold this additional account under the same identity, resolving the unsettled multiple-account point in Terms T-8 for this purchase. Each account is separate and subject to its own trading and payout rules. The published combined active simulated-capital limit still applies, including capacity reserved for a pending additional order.

2. The price of this additional purchase

The additional account receives 40% off the undiscounted account fee recorded for the eligible original order. You pay 60% of that recorded base fee. This discount does not stack with the discount on the original order or with another coupon. A statement that the discount is doubled applies only if the original account received a 20% discount.

For this additional purchase only, this expressly disclosed offer is an exception to the same-buyer, same-day pricing statement in Terms T-16. It does not reprice or refund the original purchase. The complete total and any fees must be shown and accepted before an additional payment is created.

3. Eligibility and one use

The original payment and account must be confirmed in Ordane's records and belong to you. The original product and Rulebook versions must match those supported by this offer. A paid additional account obtained through this offer does not itself generate another offer. Each eligible original order can produce at most one additional order through this offer.

4. Your choice and payment recovery

This is a single-visit offer bound to the first eligible visit for the original paid order. Before an additional payment order is issued, closing this page, navigating away or refreshing ends access to the offer. Returning to the page or opening it in another tab does not restart the offer. Choosing to decline also closes the offer. There is no countdown. Access requires the original secure purchase reference and the active visit reference.

A temporary connection failure while this document remains open can be retried within the same active visit. It does not create a new visit or a new offer. Reading policies in a separate tab does not close the offer page.

Once an additional payment order has been issued, the separate purchase has its recorded price and consent. Retries reopen that order rather than creating another. Closing, leaving or refreshing the offer page does not cancel an issued invoice. If you have already sent payment, check the order status before sending again. A late payment remains subject to the existing payment reconciliation and account delivery process.

5. Rules, consent and refunds

All capital and trading are simulated. Buying a second account does not combine loss limits, remove prohibited-practice restrictions or guarantee profit, a payout or a better trading outcome. New consent is required for the additional purchase. The applicable Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy continue to apply. This offer adds no money-back promise and does not reduce your existing rights.

Where this supplement and Terms T-8 or T-16 differ on the multiple-account permission or the price of this additional purchase, this supplement governs that limited point. Other Terms and the Rulebook remain unchanged. Historical accepted versions remain preserved.
